Sunday afternoon/early evenings used to be a bigger than normal special dinner or BBQ in summer. One meal a week that we could all gather around and have great conversation.

Not so much anymore. My two boys are out of town and my daughter has one year left before she'll be gone and she normally is working on Sunday afternoon/evening.

Once we are 100% empty-nester's we will have to come up with something new or something old (pre-children days).

We used to have Sunday afternoon game time and an early dinner. Nice to think of the slower times.

It is truly the perfect day for napping blessyourheartmom! I agree. The older I get, the more I agree with that thought. Especially if there's a nice sunny spot on your bed or a comfy couch or chair. Glad to see you still keep those Sunday traditions going. Enjoy your today!

My Sundays used to be with family and friends after church. I still try to do that as often as possible (like today!) but as I get older I see that it is a day for napping....a for sure sign I am getting older.

This past life thing is on my mind a lot also. I mean how else can you explain certain things that are unexplainable?

Interesting stuff. Glad you passed it forward.
